Staircase installation


Firstly, we will introduce you to staircase installation. We will cover how to design and install a staircase with the most used and efficient techniques and demonstrate all the types of staircase needed.

Next, we'll move onto balustrade installation which will expand upon what you've previously learnt. Here you will learn about different types of spindles and the different materials you will use with balustrades.

After covering new projects, we will delve into renovations of old staircase models. Along with installation, we also cover how to remove and replace the different parts of a staircase.

Lastly, we will thoroughly review all the health & safety briefings needed for building bespoke staircases. This part of the course shows you how to make sure your workspace is always safe and you know how to carry out your work correctly.

All of our courses have only an estimated duration. If a pupil is not confident or is unsure about a particular area we will invite them back, either in the evenings or another day, whatever best suits them.
